Information about processing personal data
With regards to the processing of your personal data by IN-ECO,   spol.s.r.o. obtained by the webform from our website, you, as a persons   whose data will be processed (hereinafter the “data subject”) are  hereby  provided with information, which the controller is obliged to  provide  to the data subject under Art. 13 et seq. of Regulation (EU)  2016/679 of  the European Parliament and of the Council on the  protection of natural  persons with regard to the processing of personal  data and on free  movement of such data.

The controller   is not obliged to appoint a responsible person, but as we take personal   data processing seriously, we took all the measures to protect it and   secure your rights with regards to personal data and that is why you may   contact us with regards to your personal data in person, in writing or   by e-mail using the above contact details.
    
Purpose of personal data processing, legal basis for the processing
We   will process your personal data provided in the contact form, when you   submit us any request or question via our contact form. Your data will   be processed to reply to your questions and meet your requests, thus  the  legal basis for the processing of your personal data is to take   pre-contractual measures at your request, as well as the subsequent   contractual relationship between us and you. You provide your personal   data voluntarily, however, without doing so we will not be able to meet   your requirements. 
    
Recipients to whom we provide personal data    
Your   personal data is provided to sub-contracting companies providing us   services which are necessary for technical arrangement of achieving the   processing purpose, e.g. IT systems and cloud platforms providers. Your   personal data is not provided to third countries entities or   international organization, which do not provide adequate level of   personal data protection.
Retention period for personal data
Your   personal data is processed during the time of our communication and    for 2 years thereafter. If you become our customers and enter into a   contract, your data will be processed for the time needed for fulfilment   of obligations arising out of contractual obligations and fulfilment  of  your duties which are specified by legal regulations, e.g.  regulations  governing accounting and tax agenda keeping, registers etc.  After this  time and after the end of purpose of personal data  processing this data  will be securely disposed of.
Advice on the rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the following rights with regards to the processing of your personal data:
1.)   The right get a confirmation on whether personal data related to you  is  processed and if it is the case, the you have the right to access  this  data along with information in the document.
2.) The right to correct your incorrect personal data immediately or to complete your incomplete data. 
3.)   The right to deletion (forgetting) your personal data if it is no   longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise   processed and the retention period came to its end. 
4.) The right to restrict the processing of your personal data, if:
- you challenge the correctness of personal data, when verifying its correctness,
 - processing is illegal and you object deleting personal data and request limiting its use instead,
 - we no longer need your personal data for the processing but you need it to prove, apply or defend your entitlements.
 
5.) The right to collect personal data related to you and which you   provided us and also the right to transfer this data to another   controlled if the processing is carried out automatically based on a   contract or a consent and it is technically possible.
6.) The right   to complain with the supervisory body if you think that the processing   of your personal data by us is contrary to the personal data protection   legislation. You may exercise your rights in   person, by sending a written request by post or electronically to our   above contact details. We will reply to your request related to the   processing of personal data without undue delay within one month from   receipt. In special cases this period may be prolonged by two months; we   will inform you on reasons for prolongation within one month from   receipt of your request. Information is provided free of charge.   However, if your requests will be inadequate or reoccurring, we may   request adequate administrative fee for handling.
We declare that we do not carry out automatic decision making with   legal consequences for data subjects without an influence of a human   assessment including profiling.
